Old monoblock removed and replaced with a practical tarmac surface covering the front driveway, side access and rear garage approach.
The existing block-paved areas were worn and inconsistent across the property. GMGB removed the old surface, prepared the full route and installed a continuous tarmac finish that connects the front parking area with the side access and garage at the rear.
The front and access route were covered by older block paving that was ready for a complete renewal.
The existing blocks and unsuitable material were removed to open the area for proper preparation.
A separation membrane was installed along the side and rear access before new base material was placed.
The base was levelled and compacted to create a stable formation from the front through to the garage.
